The Pencils

  • 19 Colours of Pencil to choose from

  • Pencils are all 2B lead and unsharpened

  • 8 Foil Colours to choose from  (1 foil per phrase)

  • Font is GILL SANS size 10pt

  • All type is in capital letters

  • We also have Stars (2), Hearts (3), # Hashtag (1) , @ symbol (1), a pencil symbol, smiley emoji & a set of arrows

  • Up to 30 Characters per phrase - including spaces, punctuation & symbols

  • Pencils are hexagon with a ferrule & eraser

  • You can mix the colour of pencils per phrase

Ordering Information

​For first orders we require a pro forma payment, orders thereafter will have a 14 day credit term. 

Resale : we sell the pencils in our own store at £1.50 per pencil or £6.50 - 7.00 for a pencil box set of 4. 

We are VAT registered, prices quoted are ex-vat.  

 

Stock & Availability

Matt black is the most popular colour in our range. We try to maintain a healthy stock of colours, pencil stock comes from the USA and can take 14-21 days to arrive. we will always communicate the time frame for your order, and if necessary split the order. Turnaround if all pencil colours are in stock is 4-7 days. If you have a rush order, it is always worth getting in touch to ask.

Shipping

We ship everything by royal mail, or parcel force if over 5kg in weight. Free shipping on orders over £200.

What Can’t Be Done

We do not have other font options

We cannot source other pencil colours

We do not sell the pencils blank without printing

The Process

  • Customer completes the contact form

  • Pencil Me In (PMI) will send pricing, up to date timeframe for orders and note any out of stock colours

  • Customer places order by email/using order form if they wish

  • PMI will confirm if all colours are in stock & provide a pro forma invoice

  • Customer Makes payment PMI commence printing the order (or a date will be confirmed for printing)

  • Order is posted with Royal Mail/Parcelforce
